Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use loudreachagency.com or work with LoudReach. LoudReach (ABN 51 698 927 104) is a registered Australian business name based in Queensland. It is operated by Joje Pantilla, who is based in the Philippines and is authorised to run LoudReach on behalf of the business name holder. By booking a call or becoming a client, you agree to these terms.

1.Our services

LoudReach provides software as a service (SaaS). We give your business its own CRM sub-account on a monthly subscription, set up with lead capture, automations, email and SMS templates, calendars, integrations and, where included, an AI receptionist and website chat. We can also help with set-up and advertising support. The exact inclusions are confirmed with you before you start.

2.Pricing and payment

• Your subscription is billed monthly in Australian dollars (AUD). The price depends on the plan, the time of year and any current offer, and is confirmed with you in writing before you start.
• Payment is mainly by PayPal. Where it is more convenient for you, we can agree another payment method.
• Advertising spend, SMS and call credits, and any third-party subscriptions are paid separately.
• If a payment is overdue, we may pause the service until it is paid.

3.Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Your subscription will not renew after you cancel. If you are unhappy with the service, tell us and we will arrange a refund. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

4.What we need from you

• Accurate business details, logos and access to the accounts we need to set up
• Timely replies and approvals so we can finish the set-up
• Making sure your own marketing follows the law, including the Spam Act 2003 and the advertising rules that apply to your industry
• If you use the AI receptionist to take calls, making sure you give any notice and get any consent that the law requires for recording calls

5.AI receptionist and chat

The AI receptionist and website chat are tools to help you respond faster. They can occasionally give incomplete or incorrect answers, so we recommend you check how they respond for your business. Calls and chats may be recorded and transcribed so the service can work, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6.Results

We work hard to get you great results, but results depend on your market, pricing, offer and sales process. The results shown on our website are real client outcomes but aren’t a promise of what you’ll get.

7.Third-party platforms

Our service relies on platforms such as GoHighLevel, PayPal, Meta, Google (including Google Meet) and Zoom. We aren’t responsible for outages, policy changes or account decisions made by those platforms.

8.Ownership

Your contacts and business data stay yours, and you can ask us for a copy at any time. The software, templates, workflows and materials we provide are licensed to you for use in your business while your subscription is active. If you cancel, you keep your contacts and your business data. Our templates, workflows and materials stay with LoudReach, and your sub-account access ends.

9.Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and only use it to deliver our services. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

10.Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11.Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page.

12.Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
